15-Year-Old Detroit Girl Goes Missing While Visiting Sister

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are asking for help locating a 15-year-old girl who has been missing for three weeks. 

Imani Parker was last seen the evening of Thursday, May 17 at her home in the 2000 block of East Lafayette, near Chene Street on the east side. She asked to go to her sister's house, according to police, but never made it there. 

Parker is described as a black female with two French braids in her hair. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, white tank top and black capri pants, and was carrying a big gray purse. Parker is in good physical and mental condition, but police say this is not the first time she has run away.
