2 Men Wanted In Overnight Carjacking, Armed Robbery [VIDEO]

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are looking to identify two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery and carjacking on Detroit's east side.

The incident unfolded around 2:10 a.m. Thursday in the 10100 block of Britain, near I-94 and Cadieux, when the suspects approached a 33-year-old woman who was getting items out of her vehicle. Police say the suspects carjacked the woman at gunpoint, then fled the scene in her green 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. 

The stolen vehicle was located around 3:20 a.m. abandoned at a Project Greenlight gas station in the 11000 block of Morang. 

It was reported that the suspects robbed a second victim at gunpoint at a bus stop in front of another Greenlight gas station in the 11500 block of Morang. After this incident both suspects fled north on Rossiter on foot. 

The first suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, 24-years-old, 6'5" tall and 242 lbs.with brown eyes, dark hair and a scruffy beard. He was wearing a dark blue sweat shirt, black pants and a black fitted winter hat. 

The second suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion, 20- to 25-years-old and 5'6" to 5'7" tall with a slim build. He was wearing a black hooded zip-up jacket, ripped blue jeans with red shorts underneath and Jordan gym shoes.
