2 Wanted In Shootout At Midtown Detroit Coney Island [VIDEO+PHOTOS]

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are looking for tips to identify two men who opened fire inside Midtown Detroit diner

One person was injured in the incident, according to police, following an arugment at around 2:30 a.m. on Wedneday, July 18, inside Detroit One Coney Island, in the 3000 block of Woodward Ave. 

According to witnesses, Suspect One was harassing a woman who refused give him her phone number. When the victim spoke up in the woman's defense, that's when Suspect One drew his gun, shooting the victim in the leg. Suspect Two, identified as a friend of the victim, then fired several shots -- as seen on video released by police -- as all involved fled the restaurant.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries. No additional injurie were reported.

As police continue to invesigate, both shooters remain at large.

Suspect One is described as a black male, 5'8''-6' tall with a lightomplexion, short dred locks, and a goatee. He was wearing a black shirt and black and gray shorts.

Suspect Two is also a black male, around 6 feet tall, with a dark complexion. He was wearing all black.
