Detroit Man Charged With Stalking, Sex Assault Of Teen Boy Walking To School

DETROIT (WWJ) - A 38-year-old man is behind bars after authorities say he stalked and sexually assaulted a teenage boy in Detroit.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy revealed the shocking allegations Friday, as she announced charged against Ali Sleiman Kdouh of Detroit.

According to police, the 16-year-old victim was walking to school in the area of Greydale and Pickford Tuesday morning when he noticed a vehicle following him.

It's alleged that Kdouh tried to coax the teen to get into the car but the teen refused, walked away and called 911. 

While he was waiting for help, police said the victim tried to hide in an abandoned garage, but was followed by the defendant.  That's where police the defendant allegedly assaulted the teen before he escaped and again called 911. 

The teen then ran to another abandoned property, where the defendant entered a vacant home. The teen waited outside until police arrived and arrested Kdouh. 

Kdouh has been charged with the following: Criminal Sexual Conduct – Assault with Intent to Penetrate, Criminal Sexual Conduct - Second Degree, Criminal Sexual Conduct - Fourth Degree, Stalking a Minor, Indecent Exposure and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

He was scheduled to be arraigned in 36th District Court on Friday.
