Detroit Police Investigating After Man Shoots Brother
The shooting happened just before 3 p.m. Sunday.
DETROIT (WWJ) - A man is hospitalized in stable condition after being shot by his brother in Detroit, Sunday afternoon.
Detroit police say just before 3 p.m. a 25-year-old black man and his 23-year-old brother were involved in a physical altercation in a driveway outside of a house in the 2900 block of Leslie Street, near Linwood, south of Davison.
At some point during the altercation, authorities say the younger brother pulled out a handgun, fired a single shot and grazed his brother. The victim was privately taken to a nearby hospital and was reported to be in stable condition.
Police did not say whether the suspect was arrested, but said an investigation is still ongoing.
