Detroit Police Looking For Missing Teenage Girl

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a teenage girl who was last seen on Detroit's southwest side Wednesday night.

Police issued a serious missing juvenile alert for Brooklyn Crespo, who was last seen by her mother on July 25 at approximately 8:10 p.m. at a park on Shady Lane and 25th Street.

Her mother was monitoring Crespo from her home. She stepped away for a few minutes and when she returned Brooklyn was nowhere in sight.

Crespo, 14, is 5-foot-1, 112 lbs., with light complexion. She has black hair with orange highlights and a ponty-tail. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, green and black yoga pants and black flip flops.

Police say Crespo is in good physical and mental condition.
