Man Charging Cell Phone At Gas Station Shot Dead

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are searching for two suspects after a young man was shot dead at a gas station on the city's west side. 

Police say the victim, in his 20s, was at the Marathon station on West Chicago and Meyers recharging his cell phone around 10:40 p.m. Wednesday, when two men came in firing weapons. One of the bullets struck the man in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two gunmen fled the scene on foot. They're described only as armed black men.
