Driver Of Silver Jeep Liberty Wanted In Deadly Warren Hit-And-Run [PHOTOS]

WARREN (WWJ) - A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for the tip the leads to a driver wanted in a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run.

Warren police are still searching for the person who struck and killed 63-year-old Anthony Ray Marks on Friday, Nov. 29

Police said Marks was crossing Van Dyke Ave. near Westminster Ave., a few blocks north of 8 Mile Rd., at around 7:45 p.m. when he was struck by what's believed to be 2009 silver Jeep Liberty.

The Jeep, which was traveling southbound on Van Dyke, continued southbound from Warren into Detroit following the crash; never stopping at the scene.

Marks was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Police said the vehicle, seen in the surveillance images above, may have front-end damage from the impact.
