Hit-and-Run Driver Kills Two Women In Monroe County

(WWJ) Michigan State Police are trying to track down a driver in a hit-and-run crash that claimed two women's lives near Ann Arbor. 

Police say the driver crashed into the pedestrians, 25 and 29, in the area of Milan-Oakville and Gooding Roads in London Township at 4:06 pm Friday.

Troopers responded and closed the road for several hours.

The women both died at the hospital. The 25-year-old was a resident of Ypsilanti. The 29-year-old was from Whitaker.
