Detroit Police Seek Suspect In Deadly Triple Shooting In Midtown Detroit (PHOTOS)

(WWJ) A triple shooting in midtown Detroit left one dead and two hospitalized.

Detroit Police say two armed men, 23 and 24, and a woman, 23, entered a business on Woodward Ave. near Martin Luther King Blvd. around 2:30 am Saturday.

The two men began arguing with another man seated inside the business, according to police. Gunfire erupted.

At least two of the men fired shots, striking the younger suspect and the woman.  The woman died at the scene. Police believe she was not involved in the shooting in any way.

A bystander, 60, was also injured in the crossfire. He is in temporary serious condition.

All three people involved in the confrontation ran away from the scene. Police eventually arrested the 23-year-old, a Roseville resident, and took him to the hospital. He is in critical condition.

The 24-year-old, a Lansing resident, is in temporary serious condition.

A third suspect remains on the run. Police are unsure if he was hurt (pictured above). 

Police are also seeking two persons of interest who were seen with the suspects prior to the shooting, and are believed to have information pertaining to the crime.
