Rochester Hills Woman Charged In Violent Sex Attack

She was ordered held on a $75K bond

ROCHESTER HILLS (WWJ) - A Rochester Hills woman is being held on $75,000 bond, charged with violently attacking her former neighbor.

The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said 44-year-old Allison Weaver bit part of the 48-year-old woman's ear off after she denied Weaver's sexual advances.

The victim told investigators she woke up in the middle of the night to find Weaver on top of her, strangling her, biting her face, and pulling her clothes off.

Neighbors at the at the Lake Village Apartments called 911 when they heard the victim moaning for help, and responding deputies found the women half-dressed and covered in blood on a bedroom floor. 

Investigators said they believed Weaver was on an unknown mix of drugs and alcohol at this time of the attack.

She was arrested at the scene and arraigned in 52-3 District Court Friday on the following charges: Criminal Sexual Conduct – Second Degree, a 15-year felony; Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm, a 10-year felony; and Assault with Intent to Maim, a 10-year felony. 

Weaver will be back in court for a pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 30, followed by a preliminary exam is set for  Oct. 7.

A deputy told the judge on Friday he believed the victim was still in the hospital. If released on bond, Weaver must wear a GPS tether.
