ROSEVILLE (WWJ) - Who killed Lawrence Faller, and why?

There are more questions than answers months after the 31-year-old man was gunned down in a Roseville parking lot

A cash reward of up to $2,500 is being offering for tips in the slaying early in the morning of Monday, March 18, behind apartments at 17040 E. 11 Mile Road, near Groveland.

At around 1:40 a.m., according to police, Faller called 911 to report he'd been shot and was rushed by EMS to a local hospital where he died of his injuries.

Police at the time said they had no suspects or motive, and now only say it's believed that Faller was in the parking lot to meet an unknown person.

The only additional information: He was shot multiple times and was found approximately 25 feet from his bike.

According to an online obituary, Faller was a Sterling Heights resident who was beloved by his parents, brother and the numerous other family members he left behind.

While the investigation continues, Crime Stoppers is reaching out to the public in hopes that someone knows what happened.

Anyone with information about this crime should call the tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP (1-800-773-2587). Tips may also be submitted by texting CSM and the tip to CRIMES (2746370).  As always, tipsters may stay 100 percent anonymous, will not be asked their names, to speak to police or to testify in court.

Cash rewards are paid by Crime Stoppers upon an arrest.
