WARREN (WWJ) - Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Burlington store in Warren.

The suspect — seen in surveillance photos released Friday — got away with some cash, according to police, but no one was hurt in the incident on Wednesday, Feb 26.

According to investigators, the suspect entered the Burlington store at Dequindre and 12 Mile Rd. at around 7:15 p.m. He allegedly stated he had a gun, and ordered the cashier to give him money.

The cashier complied, and the man left the store.

The suspect is described as 50 to 65 years old, 6'0'' to 6'3" tall and roughly 230 to 260 pounds, with a bald head. He was wearing glasses, a black jacket with gray sleeves, a black hoodie and black pants.

It's unclear whether or not he actually was carrying a gun.

A cash reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the tip that leads to an arrest in this case.

Anyone who can identify the man in the photos or who has any information that could help investigators should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP (1-800-773-2587).
