Wanted: Man Who Took Upskirt Photo At Great Lakes Crossing

(WWJ) Police asking for the public's help to find a man who was spotted taking an upskirt photo of a woman at an Oakland County mall. 

According to Auburn Hills Police, the victim was shopping on Friday, July 24, at the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets, on Baldwin Road off I-75, when the crime occurred in the common area of the mall.

Police on Tuesday released a security camera image of the suspect, in hopes that someone in the public may recognize him.

It's unclear how he pulled it off as police did not release any further details about the incident.

If the man is found, he could be charged with capturing an image of an unclothed person, which is a 5-year felony in Michigan.
