WARREN (WWJ) - Authorities are trying to determine what caused a popular deli in Warren to go up in flames overnight.

Firefighters responded to the Chicago Deli on 13 Mile Road, between Mound Road and Van Dyke Avenue, around 3 a.m. Wednesday after receiving calls about flames coming from the roof of the building.

The building appears to be heavily damaged. It's not clear if anyone was injured.

A cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Several roads around the deli are closed as crews remain on the scene.
