DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating three suspects wanted in connection to an armed robbery on the city's west side.

Police say three men robbed the Glass Bottle Liquor Store in the 9500 block of Greenfield Road. They walked into the store around 1 a.m. on June 2 and one suspect approached the counter with t-shirts and liquor, acting as though he intended to pay for the items.

Police say at that point, the other two suspects grabbed the items and all three suspects walked out of the store.

An employee followed them out and the first suspect brandished a weapon in his waistband.

All three suspects fled on foot.

If anyone recognizes these suspects, or knows of their whereabouts, they are asked to contact Detroit Police Department’s Second Precinct at 313-596-5240, or CRIMESTOPPERS at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
