Southfield Shooting Suspect Sought By Police

SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - Police are searching for a 27-year-old Detroit man who allegedly shot up a house in Southfield.

Marcel Dejuan Bellamy is wanted on multiple charges including assault with a dangerous weapon, for a shooting that happened May 1 at a home along Magonlia Parkway, off Evergreen just north of 8 Mile Road. 

Bellamy is described as a black male, 6' tall and 180 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 18000 block of Archdale Street, near the Southfield Freeway and Outer Drive. He is also known to have ties to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Bellamy is charged with four counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, firearm discharge from a vehicle, and firearm discharge in or at a building.
