Suspect At Large In Kidnapping, Rape Of 20-Year-Old Woman

He should be considered armed and dangerous

DETROIT (WWJ) - Police are on the hunt for a Detroit man wanted for the kidnapping and rape of a young woman on the city's east side.

Investigators are seeking tips from the public as they search for 39-years old Felix Antonio Davis III, whom they say should be considered armed and dangerous. 

On January 16, 2018 at approximately 2 p.m., police said the Davis sexually assaulted the 20-year-old victim at his home 19000 block of Fleming. After the incident, she escaped through a bedroom window and sought help.

Davis is described as a black male, around 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with a dark complexion. When he last was seen he had braided hair, pulled back. 

There is a warrant out of his arrest on charges of criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping, strangulation, felony firearm and felon in possession of a firearm. 

Police said Davis has ties to the Detroit, Pontiac and Chicago areas and possibly may have fled to Chicago.
