Teen Pulled From Water After Fall From Bridge

He's reportedly in critical condition

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WWJ) - A teen has been pulled from the water after a fall from a bridge Tuesday. 

According to reports, the 14-year-old boy was playing with a group of children along train tracks when he fell from the railroad bridge into the water. 

First responders pulled the boy, who apparently suffered a head injury, from the water.

Officials at Huron Valley Ambulance confirm that they transported the boy to St. Mary's Hospital.  He is in critical condition.
