January 18, 2019 - 5:00 pm

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are looking for twin brothers suspected in a deadly shooting on the city's east side.

According to investigators, a young man was shot early Thursday morning in the 4000 block of Harding, in the area of E. Warren and St. Jean.

Police responded to the scene, shortly after 12 a.m., to find the 21-year old victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he died.

Detectives are now searching for 24-year old Darnell Anderson and his twin, Carnell Anderson, in connection with the killing.

So far, police have released only one suspect photo; and it's unclear which of the brothers is shown.

Further details -- including the victim's name, a possible motive, or what led police to suspect the brothers in this crime -- have not yet been released.

Anyone who has seen the man in the photo, knows of the suspects' whereabouts or who has any information that could help investigators should call the Detroit Police Department Homicide at 313-596-2260 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
