(WWJ) Her car is missing, her cell phone is off and she's nowhere to be found. Family and police are searching for a young Ohio woman who disappeared after traveling to Michigan.

According to the family, 18-year-old Heavenly Sloan was in Michigan for a family reunion held in Ypsilanti on Friday, July 5. Speaking to her father by phone Saturday morning, she said she was stopping at the Chase bank there, getting gas, and heading back home to her mother's house in Middletown, Ohio.

At some point, Sloan made a stop to a friend’s home in Van Buren Township. While the friend said Sloan left at 3 a.m., she never made to home and has not been seen or heard from since.

A cash reward of up to $10,000 is available for the tipster whose information leads to her location.

Sloan is described as a brown skinned female, 5'7' tall and around 130 lbs, with short hair and glasses. She may be driving a silver Pontiac G6 with tinted back windows and Ohio license plate HNK 2019.

Sloan's parents, grandparents and several aunts attended a Crime Stoppers news conference Thursday in Detroit, to plead for tips from the public.

"If ya'll see something, say something. Somebody call," her mother, LaCrisha Crawford said, surrounded by other family members at a Crime Stoppers news conference Thursday in Detroit.

"We just want you home. Everybody, we love you," she added through tears, addressing her daughter directly. "You're not in no trouble. We don't care what the circumstances were. Let's just put an end to this and come home."

Sloan graduated from Middletown High School in Ohio with honors. While there, she gave her time to the IMPACT program as a special needs volunteer. She was set to study nursing  at Bowling Green State University this August and is currently employed at Cedarview Healthcare in Lebanon, Ohio.

Anyone who has seen this missing woman or who knows of her whereabouts is asked to call Middleton Ohio police at 513-425-7700 or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at 1-800-SPEAK-UP (1-800-773-2587). Tips may also be submitted by texting CSM and the tip to CRIMES (2746370).

As always, those calling Crime Stoppers may stay 100 percent anonymous, will not be asked their names, to speak to police or to testify in court.
