January 22, 2019 - 7:39 pm

DETROIT (WWJ) - A missing Detroit woman hasn't been heard from since late last year, according to her family.

Detroit police say Lynnette Parker spoke with her brother, Deshawn Parker, over the phone at around 2:15 p.m. on December 28, 2018.

Since that time, the brother told investigators, no one has been able to reach the 23-year-old woman on her phone, or through social media.

Deshawn Parker said this is the first time his sister has ever been missing, and he is concerned for her safety.

Lynnette Parker is described as black female, 5'4" tall and 136 lbs., with a light complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She may be wearing a black coat with fur around the hood, black leggings, and pink and white Fila gym shoes. Police released two photos, showing her wearing different hairstyles.

She is believed to be in good physical and mental condition.

Anyone who has seen this missing woman or who knows of her whereabouts is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Fifth Precinct Investigative Unit at 313-596-5540.
