It has always been fascinating to me to learn about what’s going on in the world and there’s always a lot going on in Metro Detroit!  Whether it’s business, politics, sports, or stories about life, I love meeting people and telling their stories.  It’s been my pleasure to tell those stories on WWJ since 1997….working with a great group of people.  I also do some anchoring and writing for WWJ and love the variety!  Since September, 2014, I have been anchoring news reports on the the statewide Michigan News Network. I have a journalism degree from Iowa State University and have held jobs in Marietta, Ohio, Toledo, and Cleveland before making the move to Detroit with my husband, Ed Coury.  He anchors the Bloomberg News reports on WWJ weekday mornings. We've raised two children, who are now in college.  We have a Golden Retriever, who we enjoy taking on walks. I play tennis and love spending time with family and friends and traveling.
